Maybe desirable to wait until after this FreeBSD bug is fixed:
- 251866 – Because the loader.efi modified the size of EFI_STAGING_SIZE, vmware could not start the system above FreeBSD 12.2
Symptom: https://i.imgur.com/RnocF9g.png and re: https://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-current/2020-December/077972.html it is not limited to virtual machines.
