The new 5th version of Vivaldi Linux browser starts as a blank window, though. Perhaps because of some compatibility issues, as seen in a logfile:
unsupported prctl PR_SET_NO_NEW_PRIVS
syscall inotify_init not implemented
unsupported socket(AF_NETLINK, 3, NETLINK_ROUTE)
unsupported getsockopt level 6 optname 11
possibly incorrect MADV_DONTNEED
