I just updated and upgraded nomad and then:
% vim
ld-elf.so.1: /lib/libc.so.7: version FBSD_1.7 required by /usr/local/lib/libpython3.9.so.1.0 not found
I don’t know. I made several updates in the past, including freebsd-update. Vim works on my machine like everything else.
The error seems to be a python3 problem. Is this working? Maybe you can reinstall python3.

which is the exact error message you have there
my system has @NomadBSD ~> freebsd-version -kru
13.1-RELEASE-p5
13.1-RELEASE-p5
13.1-RELEASE-p5
I suspect running freebsd-update could help if above command yields something illogical.
