In the upgrade of qt5 today : e.g. Upgrading qt5-core from 5.15.13p142 to 5.15.14p140 , qpdfview stopped working. (did not test others)
Having seen this phenomenon before I checked in OctoPkg if some packages have an installdate that preceded today’s. Reinstalling qt5ct-1.8 and qt5-style-plugins-5.0.0.23_11 ‘repaired’ qpdfview.
Please verify for your environment because YMMV.
