Some Openbox icons disappear after the first update

Hi, not really an issue but wonder if it can be something fixable or happening only to me.
I’ve experienced both in 1.3.2 and in 1.4 that after the first package update, some of the Openbox menu items icon disappear. Specially in Settings and System menues. Does it happen to others of you? My icons setting choice is Faenza Ambiance.

Today I made a fresh install on my 1TB HD.
After the first update all is fine. No icons disappeared,

however, I believe it is something related to the icons theme change made in the preferences, Faenza Ambiance in my case.
This also happened by acting on Openbox Update item, after having introduced the italian language Open Box update, before any other package update.
