Save current state of the NomadBSD USB

Is there a way by which we can save the current state of the nomadBSD installation that we have on a USB?

I mean, after using nomadBSD for a while, we might end up installing a lot of stuff which would take a long time to install.

Is there way to keep a backup of the system so that we need not start from scratch should something go wrong?

Is it possible?

Of course you can backup your system. Take a look at the handbook. https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/handbook/disks/#backup-basics
The easiest way is to clone your usb stick to another stick (same size) with dd.
But there are other ways as well. FreeBSD has a very good handbook.

Thanks! I didn’t realize that the FreeBSD stuff was applicable for NomadBSD as well.
