Hi. Could you actually provide any details to the USB thumb drive you tried to install NomadBSD onto? And by the way, which specs did your PC/laptop have while you tried to install NomadBSD onto your USB stick?
Did you also consider following my noob-friendly guide for installing NomadBSD which you can find here? It goes into detail on how and where/on which USB drives to install NomadBSD onto. If not, I urge you you read and follow this guide while you install NomadBSD onto your USB stick.
Thank you.
Hi Yodar,
My install is fine .
There’s are some thing I will be happy to know like .
How to import the source of the kernel of Freebsd.
Like that I can compile a custom kernel of the 14.3
release if it’s work.
There is something in nomadbsd must be fix.
when I do a df the / is 94% full.
In another usb stick it’s 104% so I can’t use firefox under the miminal desktop started by startx .
I’m wondering about create a link of some folder.
It will be nice if in the newest release we can have a /swap partition that can solve the pb and a bigger / too.
Have a nice week end.
Many thanks
