kldload: cant load /boit/modules/i915kms.ko - no such file or directory
And after 1024x768 is max possible for setting (1280x800 is allowed)

Do you have drm-kmod installed ?
to check → locate drm-kmod
and them → file /etc/rc.conf write kld_list=i915kms
I can be as wrong as anyone else.
