Ghostscript10 conflicts with ghostscript9-agpl-base

I installed NomadBSD 14.0R in a USB and then used the installer to install it again on another USB to avoid the perl5 hardlink error and after changing the pkg config file from quarterly to latest and updated the pkg db using “pkg update -f” and tried to upgrade the packages with “pkg upgrade -y” and I get this conflict error:

[45/287] Installing ghostscript10-10.02.1…
pkg: ghostscript10-10.02.1 conflicts with ghostscript9-agpl-base-9.56.1_12 (installs files into the same place). Problematic file: /usr/local/bin/dvipdf. Can’t seem to find a solution for this error anywhere.

I solved it by uninstalling ghostscript9-agpl-base-9 which in turn uninstalled these automatically: cups-filters gimp-gutenprint gutenprint hplip libspectre qpdfview, then I ran “pkg upgrade -y” and upgraded just fine. After it finished I installed ghostscript10 and then I installed cups-filters gimp-gutenprint gutenprint hplip libspectre qpdfview back.
