FreeBSD 13.0-BETA2: Xorg slow

I have successfully upgraded the NomadBSD 1.3.1 installed on a Lenovo ThinkPad T450. The Xorg server is slow because it uses a lot of CPU: moving a window around the screen uses 100% of the CPU.
This can be related to NomadBSD or can I send an email to FreeBSD to report the problem ?

If FreeBSD 13.0-BETA2 is slow then I would suggest leaving it alone until it is improved. Why try to fix something that is not broken? LOL
